Privacy policy

Your data stays yours.

ZeroPingTools is built around browser-based processing. This policy explains what we do—and do not—collect when you use zeropingtools.online(the "Site").

Effective date: March 28, 2026 · Last updated: March 28, 2026

No routine file storage

Our tools are designed so that documents, media, and text you process are handled in your browser for normal operation—not stored on our servers as part of providing the service.

Local preferences only

Settings such as theme, favorites, or recent tools may be stored in your browser's storage (for example localStorage or IndexedDB) so the experience persists between visits—on your device, not in our database.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated as ZeroPingTools (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). For privacy-related requests, use the contact options listed in Section 10.

2. What this policy covers

This policy describes how we handle information in connection with the public website and in-browser tools. Third-party sites or services that we link to have their own policies; we do not control them.

3. Information we may collect

  • Technical and usage data. We may process limited technical information automatically when you load pages—such as IP address, browser type, device type, and general region—through our hosting, security, or analytics providers, in order to operate and protect the Site.
  • Aggregated analytics. We may use privacy-oriented or aggregated analytics to understand which pages or tools are used most often. Where possible, we favor metrics that do not identify individuals.
  • Information you send us. If you email us or use a contact form, we receive the content of your message and your contact details so we can respond.

We do not require you to create an account to use core tools, and we do not ask for government IDs or payment data for free use of the Site.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies or similar technologies where needed for security, preferences, or analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Strictly necessary cookies may be required for basic Site functionality.

5. Google AdSense and DoubleClick Cookie

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our Site. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our Site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google Ad and Content Network privacy policy.

We use Google AdSense to publish ads on this website. When you view or click on an ad, a cookie will be set to help better provide advertisements that may be of interest to you on this and other websites. You may opt out of the use of this cookie by visiting Google's Ads Settings.

6. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, secure, and improve the Site;
  • Understand aggregate usage patterns;
  • Display relevant advertisements via Google AdSense;
  • Respond to inquiries and handle abuse or technical issues;
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.

7. Sharing and subprocessors

We may share information with infrastructure and service providers who assist in hosting, analytics, or security—under contractual terms where appropriate. Our third-party ad vendor, Google, may also collect data as described in Section 5. We do not sell your personal information.

8. Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs and similar records may be retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of personal information, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights that apply to you, contact us using Section 11. You may also clear site data from your browser to remove locally stored preferences.

10. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

11. Contact

Questions about this policy or privacy requests: visit our Contact page or reach out via the channels listed there.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do; continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised policy where permitted by law.

Designed for local processing

Individual tools may describe their behavior in more detail (for example, when a feature necessarily involves a network request). When that happens, the tool-specific explanation applies in addition to this policy.
